    Eric Hampton is the CEO of Eric Hampton Social Security Claims. He is “Mr. Disability” and has been since 2003. Eric has had 23 years of experience in the disability practice, and he loves helping those who no one else can help. Eric is a dog person, and if he were in an office talent show, he’d certainly wow everyone with his superb dancing skills.

Shay’s favorite part of the job is working with and winning cases for those who wouldn’t have been able to win alone. What Shay loves about working with Eric Hampton and his team is that, collectively, they all have different approaches to the same goal but are allowed to use their strengths to achieve those goals. The best piece of advice that Shay has ever received is to not get in a hurry, and if he could invent any holiday, it’d most definitely involve music and food!

    Pam Rhea is a Social Security Consultant with Eric Hampton Social Security Claims and has been with the company since 2020. Pam is a retiree from the Social Security Administration where she spent 38 years. After that, she worked 4 years with the Social Security Office of Hearing as a hearing recorder for the judges, and she’s worked part-time with Attorney Michael B McHenry preparing briefs. Pam’s favorite part of being at Eric Hampton Social Security Claims is the results of getting clients their Social Security benefits. Pam loves working with Eric Hampton and the team because there is a lot of team support, and she learns more each day about the disability process. Pam is a dog lover and enjoys working to get people paid their disability benefits.

    Chasity Hampton is the wife of Eric Hampton “Mr. Disability”. She is the Office Admin, Secretary, and Treasurer for Eric Hampton Social Security Claims and has worked there since 2017. Her previous experience includes 17 years in customer service and 7 years as a bookkeeper. Chastity’s favorite part of working at Eric Hampton Social Security Claims is helping people and solving their problems. She and Eric make a great team, and she loves working with their staff because they make their days lighter and so much fun! Each member of their team is talented in what they do, and Chasity believes they make coming to work a joy. In another life, Chastity believes she was once a warrior princess! The best piece of advice that she’s ever received and lives by is, “Keep your mouth shut. Watch and listen.” And, she loves her 3 beautiful golden retrievers!
